My mission as a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Certified Reiki Master and Intuitive Soul Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.

My Approach

My approach to helping clients to heal is rooted in positive intention, mindfulness, and through teaching Breathwork therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and provide practical tools for re-connecting their Self to inner peace, happiness, vitality, abundance and love. I believe that each person's soul journey is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

I offer a range of healing modalities to tailor the sessions for each individual clients needs. My areas of expertise of holistic healing for mind, body and spirit are the following. Transformational Mentoring - 1:1 session exploring clients goals. Breathwork - these sessions are the most effective way to release trauma, fears, negative mindset or anything that doesn't serve us utilizing the breath to receive positive life force energy, healing, Love and high vibrational frequency. Reiki Energy Healing - balance energy, rejuvenate and restore your well-being. In-person as well as remote sessions are available.
